Perga is used as a supplement to the daily diet where there is a lack of proteins, vitamins and minerals. It stabilizes the level of erythrocytes and hemoglobin in the blood and strengthens immunity. It is especially recommended for people exposed to harmful radiation - in risky workplaces and after diagnostic radiation examinations. For people who frequently consume alcohol, perga helps restore vitamins and minerals to the body, which alcohol naturally destroys.

It is best to use perga three times a day half an hour before meals, dissolving the perga granules in your mouth for as long as possible. Do not drink water before the meal. Recommended daily dose: for an adult 2 grams of perga, for children aged 2 to 4 years 0.7 grams of perga, for children aged 4 to 12 years 1 gram of perga.

Recommended dosage

Pergu je najbolje upotrebiti 3 puta dnevno, pola sata pre obroka, pri čemu je potrebno granulice perge što duže otapati u ustima. Do obroka ne treba piti vodu. Preporučena dnevna doza: za odrasle 2 g perge, za decu uzrasta od 2 do 4 godine 0,7 g, za decu od 4 do 12 godina 1 g perge.
